In 2020, "the Denises" founded The Missouri DWI Institute, LLC. Following the great tradition of educating Missouri lawyers forged by Bernie Edelman and our own mentors, Carl M. Ward and Jeffrey Eastman, The Missouri DWI Institute's mission is to educate Missouri lawyers, judges, and law enforcement officers on the scientific and technical aspects of DWI law.     

Together, an educated bar, bench, and law enforcement ensure efficient functioning of Missouri's judicial system from the streets to the courtroom. This also ensures accurate forensic science understanding, analysis, and application, which benefits all Missouri citizens.
